About Chef Rad
It all began with my passion for food at an early age and cooking for my family. My motivation to start my first business began over a decade ago when I owned and operated my restaurant in Queens, New York. Thankfully, I exited my start-up restaurant successfully a few years later for personal reasons.
I am dedicated to a healthy living and eating lifestyle. During Covid- 19, I rebooted my food business after posting workout pictures and healthy meals I made. My followers were so impressed by my meals that they began requesting catering orders. I felt it was time to return to the food service business, so I started Rad’s Kitchen.
It’s been over two years. I am grateful for my supporters and clients. As a personal chef for many local businesses, corporate events, film production catering, and private affairs, I take pride in food styling and preparing meals with care, love, and passion for healthy eating.
